Frank was educated in South Africa where he attained a chartered accountant qualification.
As CEO of Rennies Group (IOM) Limited, he established and developed the international operations of Rennies Group, the largest Freight and Travel company in Southern Africa.
Frank's role within Onyx has been to exploit the private equity opportunities for the group.
He has developed specific competencies in strategic positioning, financial strategies, international marketing as well as operational management.
He regularly travels to Africa, Europe and within the United Kingdom to meet clients and their professional advisers.
David Sapseid

David has enjoyed a 26-year career with the Rennies Group, now part of the Bidvest Group, South Africa. During his time he was the CEO of a number of companies in the Group within the Shipping, Air Transport, Freight Forwarding, International Courier and Travel divisions.
During the past 16 years David has led a number of entrepreneurial initiatives in the UK and Europe in the broader business field.
His experience in these roles has led him to develop particular competencies in strategy and market positioning, company transformation, financial management, administrative excellence, international banking and development of people.
David is a member of ICSA and was the President of the Institute in South Africa and Chairman of their strategy and marketing committee. David, who has been resident in the United Kingdom for the past 16 years, was the past Chairman of Rennies Group (IOM) Limited.
David is Chairman of the company and responsible for client relationship success.
Stephen Conradie

Stephen has BL, LL.B and MBA degrees from the Universities of Rhodesia and Cape Town respectively.
He is a past Chairman of JSE-listed DNA Supply Chains Ltd and director of international Joint Ventures in Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, the UK and Holland.
Prior thereto he was a founder and CEO of XPS Services (Pty) Ltd, African partner of the FedEx Corporation.
Selu Mdlalose

Selu is a Chartered Accountant and he moved to the Isle of Man in 2001 to take up an audit role with one of the big 4 accounting firms. He has since gained significant financial services experience working in various senior financial management and client-facing roles within the audit, insurance and banking sectors.
Selu has been with Onyx since 2008 and is currently the Finance Director of Onyx Management Limited, with responsibilities for client liaison and accounting. Using strong client management capabilities he enjoys the liaison with clients, professional advisors and third parties from inception of a business concept through to its establishment as a viable business, having specialised in mining and property investments.
Joe Plastow

Joe has been resident in the Isle of Man since 1995, when he was seconded by Safmarine as Financial Manager. His portfolio of companies was involved in owning and chartering container vessels, leasing containers and employment, including the marine personnel payroll.
Joe joined Onyx in 2000, and was appointed director in 2001. Joe is Managing Director of Onyx Management Limited.
Joe qualified as a Certified Internal Auditor. His particular competencies include financial management, international company management and systems, procedures and controls.
